You can do a "camera map" modifier, and probably bake that in ("0" key for the bake menu), though I haven't myself. -

zbrush's unified skin with smoothing set to 0 and a low resolution will convert it to even sized blocks. not voxels, but a bunch of square blocks. -

zomg best move ever imo... 0 new ideas, every theme they stuck in there is just such a tried and true cliche, with a few laughs here and there, it actually became a rather enjoyable little 5 dollar matinee.
