Customize > Prefs > Gizmos, change Rotation method to Legacy R4. If you want, hotkey X hides the colored axes, and F5 - F8 for switching axes. -

Just get something with the best working area to screen size ratio. That said I think you should get a 6 x 8 at least. -

in customise>viewports>choosedriver, select direct X 8.1 not 9. this is also in the max help file. I used to have problems with this... fucking directX eh? -

Intuos 3, 6" x 11". Love it. It's perfect for me. If you're working with dual widescreen monitors, I'd go for one of the wider tablets like this. -

Yes I do. I want to be able to have the order of the buildings random when I increase the X and Y values. So its not always the same building order. -

Can anyone tell me where to put Metalness map and roughness map in maya,like if i want to put it in blinn shader or mia x material in mental ray.In simple version where to plug these maps in material. -
