There's no way to get around that without breaking the corner edges. You'll have to decide between keeping it seamless with a little distortion or breaking off those faces.
Looks good. I'm not sure if I'm correct on this, but shouldn't the side tread connect to the main treads on the tires? I've never seen a split there on tires before.
