Looks good. Seems you're missing the signs that jut out above the canopies, intentional? Can I see the wireframe please? I'm wondering about the tops of the pilasters. How many separate bitmaps? Seems to me you could pack quite a bit, maybe into a single sheet, unless the windows have reflection. -

@brurpo this looks pretty cool, great work! In order for the mouth to have that single stroke seen in the closed-mouth smiles like in that last image, did you have to overlap one lip on top of the other (as in, to hide the other lip so you only get a single visible line instead of two)? Can you show the wireframes? -

Can you show an image with the model's wireframe on? Either in Painter, or in Zbrush with Draw Polyframe on? I suspect it's an issue with vertex normals and triangulation. I agree with @robzxy94. All your characters seem to be too high a vert count for what they are. The all quad wireframes show that you haven't mastered game character topology. By the look of it it sorta looks like something I'd have cranked out at about the same age/time in studies. Its a bit hard to judge though. If you can you should provide us with a picture showing the wireframe so one can see how the mesh is built and also tell us how many triangles it consists of. -

Cut in one single vert right in the middle of that shape, the issue is that the mesh normals are point off in some odd direction so you get the skewing there.
