I'm really glad to see there's finally a meshfusion-like system available for Max (seriously, AD, wtf is taking so long? ), and for free no less! But not so enthusiastic about what it does to your topology and mesh density... -

oh man! YES YES YES. totally forgot about lego games. Seriously, they are fantastic for coop. ALOT of fun. I like the indiana jones ones the best, but I havent played all of them yet. -

There are hacks and workarounds that will address some of the issues you have, but seriously, it's not worth it. Design your modular pieces in a way that takes advantage of natural break points and seams, will save you lots of time and trouble down the line. -

Interior Mapping Seriously though, mostly games just shutter the windows so there are no interiors. A flat image of an interior looks pretty bad when you're closeup to it, but it does look OK for something like a racing game.
