Added head, feet, arms and hands. Had a hard time remembering to cut new edges on both sides. Improved the legs by making them more like Nasus' normal proportions; small legs, big chest and big arms. Right now the head looks a bit fatter than supposed to but will be improved shortly. Having some smaller concerns about the…
Cheers guys. Aye, its weird after reworking the face how strange the original looked (particularly the profile view). Changed this considerably. Also played with the collar, a bit more tension on the bag and more folds on the elbows of the jacket as suggested by sahib. Also, after re-evaluating the head and legs I decided…
Merge the top two verts to centre and the bottom 2 and then zoom inside your object and select the 2 faces left in there and delete them :) Delete the already extruded faces and fill that hole and then click both faces and extrude them together this time :) Pull them apart like what you did in your 3rd image and delete the…
Older stuff will be up first, so it can be seen how (little) I've improved over time. I have no specific dates for a lot of this and it will likely be out of order. This first one is something I modeled based off a reference image I've lost; The legs and hydraulics are parented so I'm sort of able to manipulate them by…
I'm not sure if I'm too late with this (in your progress), but the calve is wrong. The Gastrocnemius muscle splits into two muscles just below the center of the lower leg. Yours doesn't seem to split at all. The inside muscle always grows a little bit bigger than the outer one. It comes down to that your lower leg bulges…
It should be fine if you use modifiers from the program you use, something like symmetry or mirror functions, and merge the vertices that overlap. That way you have a mirrored texture but no shading problems. At least it works for me usually. That straight shading line you get there is quite logical as 2 objects have…
Some really nice sculpting here, but yeah, the head size is killing it for me. Looks like he's 5 feet tall. Also, eyes to head ratio have a similar effect. I'd go smaller with eyes as well. Legs might be a touch short too. You can err on the side of too long with legs and get away with it much better than with short. Nice…
Lower legs and feet are too tiny for this bullish upper body. Look at some of tactic maths work for inspiration here. Get rid of those weird legs coming out of the butt (not sure whats coming down from the crotch either). Its clear from the presentation that are being hidden, so I imagine you dont like them much either.
yea i also tried the demo, the environments were kinda meh, not bad but kinda blandish. was going to try multiplayer but the prospect of typing in all that shit with a d-pad was off putting, xblive is meant to be quick and easy, plus the single player didnt grab me enough to want to play more. over all all i can really…
There was nothing in the file as far I could tell. When you try to merge from it the 'Merge' dialog box appears but there are no objects to select. I think I found out what it is though - it's something to do with the way in which the company I work for store their attributes/metadata about objects in the scene. The…
