Really cool subject for a student scene, a bunker like this gives you a lot of room to flex both art direction and tech. I’d really lean into the desk + computers as the clear hero – treat it like a film shot: highest texel density and detail there, and let the cabinet/radio wall sit a bit quieter in saturation and…
Someone distributed that copy outside of the traditional legal channels which pay people for their efforts. They didn't have the right to give you that game and you didn't have the right to take it. Just because its free and no physical copy was actually stolen, doesn't mean it wasn't given to you illegally. You don't have…
Menu -> Object -> Apply -> All Transformations or shortcut Ctrl-A. Could it be that the top strands to have some modifier added ?? Because they do not get merge.. you may have to copy this to the main object first by selecting the main object first and then the hair Object -> Link/Transfer Data -> Copy Modifiers (from all…
@sacboi Thank you! What would you recommend for me to draw? Does it matter if I draw digitally or it's better with pencil and paper? I got an Intuos Pro Wacom. I am guessing I can't copy the work from someone else to practice my drawing? I know it sounds weird but I've never liked drawing. I think it has something to do…
@dataday No industry is worthy of the kind of special treatment you think the games industry should have. The government and society are not obligated to provide any policy or mechanism to ensure that businesses get the profit they think they deserve, the developers/publishers/etc. have to prove to the market that they are…
I think you guys are being a bit harsh. Micah even removed the image... :\ Think on that: How many kratos, hulk, batman have you seen around? One base of studies are copy. How many of you guys didn´t learn art copying things? Leonardo, michelangelo, or even weisheng. I would be very proud if someone copy my work to learn.…
I don't necessarily believe in that. You don't ALWAYS have to copy someone else. It falls apart when you think about who the original masters copied or those dealing with bleeding edge tech. In my opinion, being influenced by someone and copying someone are two very different things. Copying doesn't imply learning because…
Why copy a copy when there is so much original source material around? If you copy a copy there is a high chance you'll copy their flaws and never see the things they missed.
For sure, I've read about that. A lot of the good workers have either left or been replaced by cheaper labor from overseas. Everyone is just copying each other, which has led to a lack of originality. That's why games with a 30-year history continue to be successful. Also, there's way too much anime!
If all that fails, select the Pelvis in the first file and run the first script. Then select the pelvis in the second file and run the second script. This is pretty much guaranteed to work. If it doesn't work you have a separate hierarchy or pivot problem. --SCRIPT THAT COPIES THE ANIMATION CONTROLLERS OF THE SELECTED…
