it all looks pretty good so far. Aside from whats already mentioned the lower ears could use some tweaking. Your pics don't show em too well but they still look a bit misshapen. regarding the hair, for the Joker they used a base on the model heavily covered in alpha planes but from the screens I can find of Gordon it…
I made some variants now that incorporate the cape/ scarf that can be seen on some of the concept art for the upcoming MGSV. The mechanical hand would be the lef tone like seen on the concept and he would wear the "Quiet glove" on the right arm instead of the left. I also adjusted his face a little to show what it would…
Hello @ArantzazuM and welcome!!!! Don´t worry about the critics and feedback. As a good references would be, this are your best friends. You have to (at least) listen to them, especially if they come from people more experienced than you. Now, I think your wireframe is a good start.I am not sure if you want this to be a…
Hey guys, last day before I have to have this finished. Get to work for the next hour, then I have actual work :poly127: but then I'll come back to work till 1am. Wake up at 4am, get back to work and have it finished by 8 tomorrow :poly121: I got lighting I am happier with, but still not quite, so anymore suggestions on…
I'd suggest going over you model with a polish brush or Trim Dynamic to give some flat and sharp edges Everything is pretty blobby at the moment As for textures, everyone has their own work flow but you'll find that if you sculpt all your details in Zbrush, and leave the painting to Photoshop, your baked maps can do a lot…
Use any programme that u feel comftable with, id say try them all and see what suits your way of working, in my role at work we use many programmes to crate the end result and a lot of them are free open source software. Id also say if your building environments like the one your working on try to break to area up into…
Looking good nice work. Yep, that happens. You almost always have to exaggerate and over state the details to get them to make it all the way through the process. It also helps to think "what if I had to render this at a lower resolution" because that happens all the time. One of the first things to get cut are the highest…
definitely do a skybox similar to the one in the concept, and along with a super nebulous orangey sky do a lighting scheme that's more focal :) pretty much just make it more like the concept, looks like it has potential, but right now nothing really sticks out and there's no contrast to any of the shots. Also the ceiling…
Looking great man, I'd love to see some of your graphs. I think the grass looks pretty mown atm, dunno if that's what you're going for but the hard chopped off edges at the top make it seem like it's been trimmed xD I would imagine wild grass would grow a bit more erratically and thus spikey. I like the water, looks good,…
Dynamesh won't be able to make perfectly straight edge loops all the time. When it comes down to it, such a minor difference between edge loops isn't going to affect your sculpting when you start subdividing anyway. If you're sculpting stone then you're probably going to end up using trim dynamic around all the edges so I…
