Lovely poses so far! 7 and 8 are defiantly my favorites. Pose 2 has an awesome sense of power and control, which I can't help but love as well. Can't wait to see more :)
I'm really surprised that it's more similar to MM3-5 than MM6-8. On one hand, I'm a bit disappointed, because I've been a huge fan of MM6, on the other World Of Xeen was great too.
You should also look into the Weekly Hard Surface Challenge; its how I got started in Hard Surface. http://polycount.com/discussion/129938/week-8-the-weekly-hard-surface-challenge/p1
forgot to reply back about this, absolutely fantastic man! We had intended that to be the start of evening entertainment and then go out to a bar or something, ended up playing for 8 hours straight hahahaha. Great fun!
you already know it, but I love them all especially the turret, you did a great job on that one and yah ,I finished the SP campaign yesterday, after around 8/10 hours, was good
"Jes"per Mortensen.. Old-school coin-machines didn't take more than 3 letters, so Jes was the obvious choice (being I was 8 back then)... Guess it stuck with me ever since.
Here's a render of the completed high poly. Now to make, unwrap and bake the low poly. 8/12/2017 UPDATE: I've learned a lot by working on this asset but I am going to put it down and move on.
Office hours so technically 8 hours a day but probably less. The specs are lower than AAA, no high poly sculpt & bake, just straight up model the character in max and paint it in 3DCoat & Photoshop.
Actually the problem is because your plugging the 24 bit Black Node into the height input of the BumpOffset node. You want to use one of the colored 8 bit channels. I usually just use red.
Looks like this technology has a lot of potential. I just think that part in the video where they say you can create ART and they show a 8 year old doing doodles on the screen looks awful.
