This is looking awesome so far! Based on this picture ... ... I think her eyes need to be way darker, and her skin tone is also a bit too light. I also think that her lips look a little too small, especially her upper lip. -

Man, you got a ton of edge loops you don't need. Especially going right down her middle. Also she has this weird... Duckness to her body. Like her torso is super long and her butt sticks out like a rocket. -

I like her proportions, nice work Duncan. Only crit is I think her shoulders need widening, and also the top of her chest/clavicle. Shoulder/armpit area looks squashed in right now, and makes her arms look shorter than they are. -

This is pretty solid. Her face could have been more feminine and her body looks rather masculine but I suppose it matches the concept rather well. I think you could have mirrored her whole body and her face from the looks of it. -

how about sharing character setups? everyone has light armor Vaan: dagger & shield, primary thief also uses disable to draw aggro if monsters start attacking Penelo or Fran. Balthier: Gun when long range or Spear when using as a thief. Basch: Hammer and Shield, secondary fighter. I kind of messed up his license grid early… -
