I seriously doubt that they will find much usable DNA- or protein fragments, it is just too old. Even in perfect storage conditions, it would be sensational to find some usable stuff after 70 million years.
I like the design, but I can't reconcile the goggles (they do nothing!). Seriously though it's a creature with four eyes and those goggles are obviously designed for a creature with two eyes. How is he supposed to wear them?
Why is your backpack full? Craft all that shit! I've seriously never had my backpack over halfway full because I only use about 6 of the items and craft everything else.
Wow. Zoic has really stepped up their game for the space scenes. Seriously. All the space scenes were at least 2x better, cleaner, sharper than ever before. They made GOOD use of their time!
This is a good start. Keep painting, push yourself to get all of the lighting detail you need. And refernce b1ll, like johnny said! @odium: seriously, have you ever contributed a useful post to this forum?
I really like the darkest render, it reminds me of kingdom of heaven, but in a good way, haha :D No, but seriously, it looks really really good. :) Very low on the polygon counts aswell :) *saves to inspirational folder*
Its extremely difficult for me to read the dark blue text on a black background for some reason.. go figure.. I played the demo, and the isometric view was too skewed for me to take it seriously, hopefully this will be better
just stalk and knife him/her in the back if he/she f**ks you over :D no seriously...you'd better record their contact details in their polycount user profile before they edit them.... ahem.
well, i currently spend all friggin day in a chair not doin much but playing games (hurray qa)... i seriously get more exercise when i do my network admin job...
If it wasn't for polycount, I would've never gotten beyond making an 'alien' in one shade of painfull green in paint. I'm sure I wouldn't ever have seriously considered this for a career without Polycount either.
