I really like the run. I think on the walk that the wrist motion on the arm coming forward should be delayed so that the hand tilts up when (or a little before) the arm starts it's way back. I think it looks like the hands is pointing, and leading the motion of the arm.
The pelt mapping looks super slick for setting up additional UV channels. Things like character customizations that require decal textures and whatnot. So you can add differant overlay patterns to your shirts for example, and the UVs will be perfect, without spending hours on them.

Little bit of an update, started to add more stylized foliage and texture some of the sections of the door, still going to do another pass over the rocks and parts of the door, ton more foliage I have ready to import and might mess around with some decals or add some more moss to other sections
Sorry for the long delays in the update, but I only get about 2 hrs. a night and the weekends to work on it. Anyways. Here she is so far.
