My main crit is the ears, they're too long and narrow where the ref is narrow then fans out pretty quick. Right now if you removed the horns it looks like bambi. When I was going through school another student did a grass hopper like this that turned out bad ass, I can't wait to see how this turns out! -

Yeah I think that people who started out box modelling have the advantage because loop placement was/is everything. Also lack of instruction means that the very basics of poly modelling get glossed over some how. Student will download free collapsed models and whack them into their scenes. In my honest opinion every critique on this piece is critique on a high level. I don't see major flaws in your highpoly. The watch basically looks good, but the lowpoly edges are visible. After posting my base mesh, some fellow students/artists debated about the topology. Is it really necessary to have a good muscle-based topology for sculpting? Bal Various teachers,other students, people on other websites, someone who was professional told me that people here were trying to sabotage others. Mainly just people I have run into in life and the internet. This was no good at all, I never even saw engine people till I came here, but many folks told me it was no good.
