Too expensive. How can you buy a piece of software for $3000 if you earn roughly $1200 per month? And they expect you to buy an update for ridiculous amount of money every year.
Keep on truckin! Your computer pad looks cool. Has a weird wireframe though. Looks like a decent amount of non-useful edges. I'd also include the tri count in in the image.
Given the amount of portfolio threads getting lost, I think you guys should really think about having a portfolio section a-la mapcore: http://forums.mapcore.net/viewforum.php?f=65
I'd wind back on the amount of ice on the body. The parts of his body that are frozen shouldn't be able to move. Interesting idea though and I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
failing is experience. It's absolutely essential. One could say the more mistakes you do in a short amount of time the better. As long as you analyzize what you are doing wrong and learn from it.
It's the same third party who did the City and Origins ports. Rumour has it they had a miniscule amount of time to get The port of Arkham Knight up and running, hence why it's so broken.
Game is so grindy you couldn't pay me to play that F2P. Art is nice though, but might as well just find the massive amount of screenshots of it all than have to grind for it heh.
That would be for me a better feature than anything else is going to be added in the next version. It is difficult to understand the texture under that amount of noise, unless you work with very low res textures.
Yeah, they did an amazing amount of tech and artistry in this game. Here's an interview (originally in Japanese) about some of the tech, including info about the Colossus' and Argo IK... http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/File:Making_of_sotc.pdf
Let's not devolve this thread from discussion about one person making a ridiculous amount of money for stealing some elses work, into one about why Warhol was/wasn't doing the same thing.
