i am no big fan of ai usage in general and while i would agree on many of the sentiments written here, it is of course nonsense that people using AI are generally throwing their brains out of the window. we are not even remotely at "i will just let the AI do this for me". that people dont learn things when using AI tools…
People have already mentioned your lighting. But overall, your skillset could be improved. 3D Sculpting, High poly sub division modeling, texturing, baking clean normal maps, etc. These are all the higher tier skill sets that will really make your work pop. a lot of really good advice. For a small game, there's a number of engines out there to choose from. Godot, Unity, Unreal, RPG maker, and more. I would choose one that best suits your game idea and dive right into tutorials.
