usually stuff like that is the colour inverted of the diffuse so that it neutralizes the spec colour some good reading here about specular and gloss: http://www.manufato.com/?p=902
K i Updated the female mesh (which was the top one) im pretty sure the proportions are right and should be a little nicer :) Also some semblance of hands :neutral:

Thanks, Dylan. Now why is it that there seems to be this confusion? In the questions section, it seemed like they needed to be team neutral but in the rules, it seemed like you could go either way.
i took your normal map into Photoshop and color sampled the neutral blue outside of the baked part is 128,128,255. The part where you're having issues the color is 127,127,255
Move the pelvis up, or lengthen the legs.. also, in a neutral pose, the temples should be exactly above the ankles. As for the general flow, take a peek at this:
