The following is what I did to get this to work. 1. Scaled low poly up 1000% in vertex mode. 2. Scaled high poly up 1000% in vertex mode. 3. Deleted "bottom" out of low poly head as it was causing issues with subdivision in Mudbox. 4. Merged the chest area back to the rest of the low poly head. 5. Un-mirrored the mouth UVs… -

I think Cameron is making a terrible mistake using so much Cg in the movie because nothing can beat a real good actors's expresions and corporal movement. I prefer 1000 times an actor wearing a Chewbacca's or C3PO's suit ( or the Star Trek's green girl or Hellboy ) than a emotionless(or bad-acting) computer generated… -

I bought one of these about 5 months back just to see if it was any good. I own a 20 inch wide screen cintiq as well. My advice is...dont buy the Yiynova. Its not worth it. For starters the screen is horrible for art. Highly pixelated, lots of dead pixels..you can tell they use the cheapest panel they can find in china.… -
