Ace column/pillar Kbrom12! :) I'd put some damage on the tiles as well though, to make the damage look more consistent. Made some more progress on the mortar after getting some awesome critique the last time i posted: And also a brick stair thingy for lulz(and practice):
working on a sci-fi map right now for udk making a few texture sheets that i can use to flat map the whole map. the lows texture/material is still work in progress and will get a better once over as i finish more texture sheets and get the colors down.
Work is (slowly) progressing on my Cammy model... almost finished with the retopo, started doing a few test bakes. There's a couple of adjustments that need to be made but I'm pretty happy so far. Hopefully I can get the damn thing finished soon, it's already been dragging on for way too long...
@RichDwerby, loving the Orange and Black colour scheme, looks great! Some progress on my bioshock scene, taking my time with things and trying a couple of bit and bobs out, the door is the focal point (at the moment) of the scene, so ive been paying some attention to it today and showing it some love.
Work in progress shots of my Alien esque scene I'm doing to find work with. The scene will have an animated siren light, hence the two shots. Still getting a lot of elements down but wanted to show it. Taken from Maya's view port with some Photoshop post processing. Will probably get it into UDK.
First ever sculpt in ZBrush, purchased a license last week and have from recommendations been following Eat3D ZBrush introduction. The UI was a little alien at first but feeling alot more natural now I have customized the UI too. Work in progress on an old man head to get to grips with the program:
Turtles/Tortoises everywhere! :D Making slow progress- I didn't know I could zoom the layout itself, so had manually scaled everything to 4x bigger for the pixelated look. Is just browser based HTML5 canvas at the moment, but may try put it on mobile. Next to animate some plumbers.
@Millenia - Such an awesome idea! Love it. :D More progress on the Bioshock scene, shamelessly cross posting like a bawse! Ive been baking some of the accessories out to test some techniques, (im going to have be super frugal with textures if I want to keep my scene within my budget!) MORE
Nice progress IronMonkey Working more on this guy today. Im thinking of including a molotov on the side of the bag so I need to make a mesh pocket for it and probably a knife to place on his left leg. Rough up clothes more and the bag, get some stuff sticking out of the bag too.
Well, a lot of stuff is still work in progress. Modelled the wipers yesterday while I had a bit of spare time, and hadn't gotten around to finishing them when I took the render (render was meant to quickly check out how a displacement map for the tire would work out) @Spatz Amazing work :)
