Howdy guys, So I was really inspired by Glauco Longhi's realtime portrait and wanted to do one of my own. So here is a little WIP shot of my maasai woman. I have not finished texturing the skin but most her accessories are done and ill probably place some more hair cards. All textures were done in Quixel and its rendered…
Hi Guys.. here is the completed version of the pistol i was working on a while back .. in order to show my appreciation to the CG community, i have included a breakdown and source files for my project on gumroad for free. I will be adding the zbrush sculpt for $1 if anyone is interested. Thanks for viewing and enjoy…
First time post after years of admiring peoples work on here, gives me the motivation to work harder and keep improving. We had this camera in our office and couldn't get it working at all, decided to model it instead because it looks pretty cool. Marmoset viewer and more renders…
Finally Im done with this one! Ive made a 3D fanart of Leon from Resident Evil 4. I wanted to make something more realistic and advanced then Im used to. This is the first time I'm making a proper hardsurface model too, pretty different from characters. ^^ Made with PBR pipline and rendered in Marmoset. I hope you like…
Hugely inspiring thread as always. A co-worker of mine posted a neat sketch on Twitter recently and I did a quick model from it. First time in awhile Ive chased down a personal project. Original sketch: https://twitter.com/JaniceChu_89/status/600733897673048064 Marmoset embed on Artstation:…

Cross-post from this thread>> http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=155885 I was heavily inspired by Ian McQue's work while doing this piece, this is my rendition of his awesome Remora concept, entirely textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Marmoset and composited in Photoshop. Texturing close-ups…
god, so much awesome work here! Love that wasp mech guy! I'm wrapping up the dishonored fan art bust, you can see the full wip here: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=138722 I'm gonna put a little more love into the render and have a few facial expressions in the end. I'll also post it up in marmoset viewer.
Can't really say that I have done anything different than most do though. It's based on a zbrush sculpt baked out in xnormal, then I used Ddo as a base for the texture, then overlayed some detail normal and roughness map textures. In marmoset toolbag I use 4 point lights as the main lighting. as for post I have tweaked the…
Hello everyone! Shameless crosspost from my last Montly Community Noob Challenge! I'm super happy with the result, especially since this is my first time doing props/hardsurface/weapons! Getting out of your confort zone is hard but rewarding :D Rendered in Marmoset, overpainted in PS. HighPoly mainly using the new…
