Hey Folks, Another one model based on concept from Vadim Sverdlov. You can find original art work here LINK I've try to test new hard surface pipeline with this model. This stuff mostly made in ZBrush
Working on a new character. Not working from a concept, but I'm going for a Samurai/Viking-esque hybrid style warrior. Still blocking out the different armour pieces (going back and forth between max and zbrush). Any ideas/suggestions/critiques are welcome!
Great stuff as always, keep improving peeps !! :) I'm taking a step back from 2d to focus on 3d. Here are some doodles I worked on, my main focus is getting my shapes and form right (and getting used to zbrush :P).
Hello, quick zbrush paintover to redo my old concept that made me start this little piece, to practice colors / mood / shapes, everything :) Low Poly almost done, wanted to have a clear vision of what I'm will paint on the uv's later.
just thought I would share a few things i have done of late. this was a job for prada NYC me and another artist( lucas Cuenca) did the zbrush models, rendering by carl burgess each 1 posed and clothed in about a day
Looks neat man. I've really been wanting to try doing some hard surface stuff in Zbrush, but sadly haven't been able to figure it out yet. Any tips? Anyway, here's a speedmodel I did tonight. Based off of this:
Great work everybody ! @Graze: Love those concepts Another Update and a quick zbrush tip : If you render at high rez don't be afraid to crank the shadow res slider to the max. It doesn't take that much longer and it's definitely worth it ! Cheers :poly122:
Ali G (Sacha Baron Cohen) zBrush sculpt. I've spent so much time learning techniques for achieving likenesses. I believe I'm closer than I was a week ago. Ears are funny right now and the projection is a tad off.
Yes, that is true. This was not supposed to turn into a bigger project in the beginning, was just sketching something at first in zbrush and it got out of hand. Tried to finish quick and saved UV space with mirroring.. truthfully, got lazy I guess :poly122: But thanks for the feedback! Really appreciate it!
Hi! By the way i'm still practicing a stylized crunchy way of sculpting on zbrush, that is suitable for 3D printed figures. I hope you like it. I really like the style of redbeanviolin i'll adapt its style in my sculpting. I'll update soon
