nice one, never tried loading a map directly either. i so far avoided the launcher by executing the editor binary. it then pops up a project selector. as for the launcher it used to be that i could have it skip updates on startup. recently it became a little more insisting yet failed to update itself repeatedly. that was…
Finally updated my vid drivers and installed the new patch. Nice updates to the map radar in this one. Showing flag location names is helpful. THE NEW WAKE ISLAND MAP IS FRIGGIN AWESOME!!! I could play that one all day long. Really goes to show how much action there is now compared to BF1942.
*Update* Not through with first pass texturing, but here's an update. I've been sticking way too much to my start off palette. So now I'll be doing different shades of the colors in my palette for my texturing. Right now it's getting texture on all my surfaces that's the goal.
Well, I have never had this issue before, but unless the touch strip is dusty or something; I would guess it has to be the drivers. I remember my wacom not working at all unless I updated the drivers when Mudbox 2009 came out. So yeah, update the drivers, I bet it will fix your issues.
No kidding. GUIs, while slower and less efficient in many cases, are still the things that are easiest for end users unless you're some sort of hyper-nerd with a disdain for buttons. If I want to update the OS, I don't want to type a bunch of obscure crap into a terminal if the alternative is pressing a big, shiny button…
Oh my, an update. I had almost given up hope. :] Lookin' good man. I'm glad you said something about the sale sign, since that was the one thing that really stood out as out of place for me. Aside from that, keep on rockin' it, and stop making us wait a month between updates! :]

Heya friends. I updated my blog with a post about bake settings in XNormal. I certainly don't know it all but I pushed and pulled most of the knobs and posted images from each of my bakes. Check it out! If you've got any questions, let me know, and if I've missed something or made a mistake, let me know too so I can update…
I want to update my portfolio with some new personal finished pieces this year, so what better way to start than an M4. Hopefully making it stand out with great texturing and detail. There are a couple of things to add still ( back of rail , possibly adding another front rail mod or guard ) but it's 95% complete. Here's…
