I'd keep the detail where it's at right now, you got a nice amount going on at the moment! I think you could tweak the contrast a bit to make it really pop color wise :)

There's no one single definition of MMO's, even though one type is the most usual one to see now. MMO implies that a game of any genre and style is shared and played by a massive amount of players.
Another thing on NI, (at least when not self-employed, so it may be different for you) is that you don't pay it for the first £140ish you earn per week (or whatever the amount is per month).
The highpoly model doesn't have to be the same amount of meshes as the lowpoly. You don't need to merge all those separate highpoly parts in zbrush, just export them into a single obj for baking.
ok that part worked fine, thanks Lamont and cupsster. Now I need the bullet to destroy after a certain amount of time if the bullet hits nothing. I seriously can't remember the functions :(
not to say going to a concept school and starting over wouldn't be beneficial cause it would be, but with costs, and the amount of discipline i try to maintain now i think i can get there on my own.
Same, I'd be very keen on this version (even with the small amount of new features) if it was actually stable and didn't feel as bloated as 2013 (because seriously, 2 minutes to open the render to texture dialouge?).
3D motive, Eat 3D. Spend 1% of the cost of a masters on those sites and you'll be in the same position. Use the search function and see the sheer amount of information surrounding education in the games industry.
