Hi everyone, I'm a Spine animator and artist with over a decade of experience bringing characters and ideas to life. I'm actively looking for work opportunities and freelance work and would love to collaborate on projects that need a creative touch in both animation and art. Let's connect!
I agree with theslingshot. Maybe if you did not have the big black ring aound the pedestal and just has the road with a fading alpha? Or a nice close up render. You have so much detail in the model you should show it off!
Very true. I think the best solution would be to have the brush that's doing the sampling only sample from a single-pixel ring, somehow. To keep things consistent, I'm pretty sure the best way to use this method would be with short strokes.
This - a bit - we wanna make call of duty -but a bit more worldofwarcraft like also in the lord of the rings setting - /irony off - oh and were a stuff of 25 peps. I hope they reach the goals - looks like a solid step - also cryengine ;)
looking sweet guys, Here's my bit: Still in the sculpting phase, PatrickL, looks awesome! Im assuming there is going to be something in the middle of the yellow ring? or are the wings and well the focal points? Mike Yevin, Really nice, good cartoony vibe going on :)
Yeah, no crazy mouse button switching here - just using the defaults, it works fine ! Middle finger ftw :D And it makes the back button pretty easy to reach too with the ring finger (which I personally use for relead in FPS games)
Love the look of him, though he seems kinda serene ( sweet ) compared to his armor set, maybe change up the horns or add the nose ring? But you could be going for a competing style in that as well, so if so disregard the comment:) Spark
Even if you go for that type of wheel you still need some hard surface to separate the metal and the rubber. It looks like your missing the hard metal ring that ends the metal part and hold the rubber in place. (I hope that makes sense).
Trying something else, inspired from the big cargo ships, this one is called Ice Hunter, it's job it's to hunt ice asteroids from planet rings as in Saturn. Tried to make it modular and realistic. Small hooks hunt ice individually for maximal efficiency.
Well I always thought it would be cool to get some similar tools to Max implemented, e.g. Dot Loop/Dot Ring and even something like NEX or Diamant Tools for retopology as part of the Maya standard package would be a good start.
