The legs are the weakest point in my opinion. The "balance" looks disturbed because it looks like he walk on tiptoes. http://www.testedich.de/quiz29/picture/pic_1312149663_6.jpg A good example werwolf with strong legs more balanced from the muscle mass and the claws-food junction is not to strong. Another thing is the maul…
Thanks for the feedback guys! Rawz, the main artist of inspiration goes by the username fightpunch and he has TONS of cool tech-people like these. Turbo889, I too am a sucker for the whole giant arms tiny legs/feet look and I think I might push that a bit further in the leg area, in fact. and thank you very much,…
Decent start but I think you went to detailing too early rather than getting the mass and proportions down. Legs are too straight, there arent any silhouette changes to most of the body, and the overall mass and proportion of the figure looks a bit unpolished. Look at the torso and then look at the legs and how it…
How are you calling the python script in your marking menu? Usually it should be something like this for a script with a single function, a MM can only use mel, so we use `python` to call python scripting inside mel. python(import "myScript"); Or like this for when you want to call a main function : python(import…
Yeah its a custom one I think, I made the leg bones myself, there are no ik solvers, I just moved the bones independently. I may try the biped or something to that extent, don't really want to go near code though so if the other options don't work I may just animate each leg itself. Thanks for the help! :)
I'm loving this! =D However something about the lower body just looks off to me. Its probably the legs, they look too long for my tastes. Or it might be cause of her figure, she almost looks chubby and having her legs be skinny just looks a bit off. Also, her hands look a bit on the small side as well.
pretty good reference! :D I would tone done her body frame right now everything seems too...square? XD It gives the impression of an angry toddler than a small girl\ check her torso in proportion to her legs. she has a very slim thin torso frame with long slim legs. =) keep it up bro <3
yeah i have some ref hanging on my wall and also i'm looking on air plane landing gear parts and prosthetic legs. I like the looks of the prosthetic legs. Also an other ref that i'm using is the cranes mechanical parts. But right now i try to figure out a way to make it aesthetically look nice but also look functional
Ya I was going for brass I didn't realize it was more commonly steel. Thanks for the help. I not 100% sure why people put tape on the mag it can help with identifying, but I thought it might help with grip. Taping two mags together seems like a bad idea though just because of the weight with a vest reloading wouldn't be…
Closer, but you should put it right next to the concept and compare. I can see the forms still needs more exaggeration between thick and thin. Particularly in the legs. Her head is too big as well. Put your concept in as an image plane and compare the height of things directly in 3d, how tall are the legs etc. This is the…
