whats pc2-6400? Really you should get the max speed your mobo can handle, anything else is a waste. Also make sure you match the speed thats currently in your mobo or else everything will run at a slower clock speed. Ok well I can kinda see what you are trying to do but the terrain still doesn't read as mountains. Mountain ranges build up a lot from sea level and then have multiple peaks on top, you just have mountain peaks sticking out of a sea level ground plane.
