http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Sky It's full feature length film. :) And americans apparently love no change, we voted for a bush 3x, and looks like maybe a clinton twice. :D 20% of America is intelligent I swear... and we are thinking of moving out of the country. :D >> Keeping it in the families..…

So its coming along nicely now, added the windows on the lower floor, some more rope rigging on the sails, the small intricate detail under the eves on the front, and also the tie down poles on the ground around the windmill. Just for fun I added the rickety old fence! :D ~C :D
Heh I love tabletop worlds stuff! I often use their buildings as references :D I have been working on the well from tabletop world :D Great work so far by the way! Love the color tests. C catches my eye the best out of em all. Keep up the amazing work!
Depends on the method you used to create the high-poly. If you used sub-d(creasing/opensubdiv) then you don't need to build the low-poly but rather you can optimise/modify the sub-d cage mesh. Here's a vid from my YT channel on the subject: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=za6CizoKNKU
Really nice for a first character, the topology looks really good :D Main thing that I noticed is (as already mentioned) the forehead. Other than that maybe work a bit more on the eyelids, right now it looks like a hole with eyes, define both eyelids more and it will be nice :D Texturing looks also good in my opinion.
Meteora: Ah okay, I've still not looked into them, but I'll do so just to clear things up :D From what I saw in the video that maximumsproductions linked, it looks very similar to what blender uses, and the small section inside of C4D used to modify models (like deformers). Thanks for your help :D

Yeah that makes sense for subdivision levels, the piece that you have created the grout out of looks freaky without the bricks though, reminds me of gums without teeth or fingers without nails!! :D you could use that in some sort of horror situation somehow haha. Thanks for the article, was hoping to learn something by…
