      no, its not only for 64bits systems. Why this question? :) also, there's the steps to install it: Right-click on Dota 2 in Steam and select View Downloadable Content. Check the box in the Install column next to Dota 2 Workshop Tools DLC. Click Close. The required content will begin downloading.

      Ok, I made a start. http://www.rsart.co.uk/content-portal/css-redesign/ On looking at the site, I think that the black line surrounding the menu and the black line surrounding the content box would look better if they had the same weights, but it's not my site Anyway, back to work.

      There are a few too many variables here to give you a clear answer (such as, what engine will your work go into?). However, it seems like your biggest issues is that your spec/gloss values appear differently in Toolbag than other shaders, a very simple thing you can do is adjust the slider after you import.
