Nice work man, the patina on those tiki guys is very good material description, feels very accurate. The walls feel a bit too smooth, they could have used some insets and extrusions to break them up, but that's a minor complaint and you could have had restrictions preventing that. Good work. Re: Tansfer maps will not work for me
Could be a bunch of things. 1) Make sure your face normals are facing the right way (and opposite is set to "off"). If you did an extrusion to make the cyclinder, they could be backwards 2) If everything looks kosher, maybe try baking the transfer in world space You may have already tried those things but just making sure.… -

I like the design and the textures are solid. Only thing I'd say is that the button thing ahead of the triggers feels to chunky, like youd just done a quick extrusion and let it be. The ridges on the handle also feel a bit to hard, its a design choice but imho I think it'd look better with slightly rounded corners instead… -

Well male, atleast idealised male, differ a bit. often have the spine of the scapula and the medial border as indents rather than extrusion, due to the deltoid being more developed, also the teres major is more developed. zbrush 4 has issues with retopo shit. 3.5 was ok but there is some funny stuff going on. if you have maya( btw nex has some tools for this as well , but again slow) you can do it there by making an object live and create poly tool followed by edge extrusions...but slow so.... 3d coat is weapon of choice for most peeps,… -

Yeah, I suspected that. I tried it a little, and it does takes a huge amount of time to "start rendering", I guess it subdevides the mesh and loads it to memory. But, I couldn't get any decent results yet. Need to set all sorts of extrusion height and what not ptoperly. Also, I'm not sure it exportsa good enough… -
