Haha yeah it's funny. It's seem like cloth is starting simulation only when it actually is within view. But aside of that cloth simulation is actually quite good. It's nice they pulled it of on all characters, while in DAI it's only on some of armors ;/
wow looks great! One think you may want to look into is changing the color on Valentine's armor right now it's blending in a lot with his skin. With a color change you may be able to pop it out a bit more.
Awesome shield. Hopefully Bethesda takes a more novel approach to some of their items like this in Skyrim compared to the fairly generic shields/armor in Oblivion. Did you base this off of a concept or were you just sketching in ZBrush?
I'm not a character guy, maybe I'm not the best for critic, but I think it looks very cool! I like the body armor and all the pockets, backpack and stuff! Maybe the clothes could have more sharp edges on the folds?
Almost done with this little guy. I have alot of work to do on his skin texture though. His armor isnt even textured..it's just a solid color for now to see how itll work with the rest of him.
[ QUOTE ] - One of the scenes shown features a turtle dressed up for a kids party, and the kids beat him up, with one of the little girls kicking him in the balls. [/ QUOTE ] I wonder if they remembered that turtles have armored balls?
I also dont like the huge shoulder pads.... or any over sized armor for that matter. I wish they kept it closer to being "real" like the paladin from d2 was. But this seems to be the direction Blizzard is going for all their games.
I like everything except the porportions, Im not sure if its the stance he's in or not. His legs seem small but then again it could be the wierd armor he's got on. GJ, as others said it would be nice to see more of this work.
Should probably remove the piece of armor between the shoulder pad and the bicep, around where the wires plug in, it'll intersect the chest when the arm moves forward. You could also model a badass shoulder joint mechanism in there.
Too many Armored Core toys and hard to find Transformers that I can't afford. But hey I really needed a $100 Gen1 Optimus Prime. I learned the hard way to avoid bidding on things after midnight.
