Alright, seems this isn't going anywhere. The film is Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949) from Ealing Studios. It stars Alec Guinness (playing eight different characters) and Dennis Price. Worth a watch. The film is in Time magazine's top 100 after all. :) I'll post up something easier.
