And here is most of my pass on the modeling, I decided to take items out to make the composition work better and also changed the lighting to push the focal point. Just so you're aware, this is really kinda the first big/complete projects I've done in 3D, so feedback is most definitely welcome! -

That seems to be the crappiest way to do cut scenes, I know the benefit of using it as a loading screen is nice, but there's is always a break in graphically fidelity when a game uses that approach. Also I wouldn't say most games use that, they are often in-engine cut scenes that use items that you gave your characters. -

Odd. They overhauled the UV viewport interaction for 801 and made it a lot faster in general than 701 was. Have you got a particularly heavy scene with lots of items? It does struggle with those, even if they're hidden. Or do you have a preview/rayGL window open somewhere that's retriggering after each change? -

Instances are still mesh items, so they still have their own pivot and center. I believe you are looking for Replicators, not mesh instances. Keep in mind you'll need to enable replicator drawing under Viewport settings ("o" key), drawing and control tab to see more than just their bounding box. -

I can't see anything, when I click on the WIP gallery that has 2 items in it, it shows me nothing. Also, you might want to keep the personal stuff to a different site or not link it on the portfolio. The disclaimer about hiring/not hiring you based on the personal section isn't really appropriate or beneficial. -

I've always thought there was something to be said for going through the time to do the line work for the character you are producing items for! As far as the US is concerned, you're exempt from overtime laws if you fall into one of these categories: Executive, Administrative, Professional, Computer, and Outside Sales Employees. I'm happy though, I get satisfaction from my work and no stuffy dress code or "1 personal item at your workstation" kind of rules. -

alright, that sounded like a lot of work, and its also kinda hard to see exactly what you need in that whole paragraph, so if you could make a bullet list of items that you need, that would help a lot. Im also not sure if you want us to be doing animation for you as well?
