Well, one more point for PS4 :) Oh and I totally agree with someone mentioning that it's not going to fly how Microsoft requires Gold for (paid) services like Netflix. I just signed up for Netflix, and had a big "f*ck you Microsoft" moment when it turned out I needed to pay AGAIN to even be able to use Netflix on 360!

What is your polyflow on the object ? Are you starting from scratch inside zbrush or are you importing a base mesh? This usually happens to me when I have Tri polygons because the dynamesh will clamp down and start to move up as the polygons get more and more dense in the tri. I'm a huge AR fan myself, so as a personal experiment I really want to stay away from the F-2000-ish bullpups in the original and try some traditional configs with folding stocks.
