@astraldata, If you're already are using MODO for animation, why not try using its sculpting tools for modeling and shaping your mesh? Thanks polygons! Here are the first bakes fresh out of xNormal. Finished with 12688 verts, so I'm nicely under the 21k limit Arma has. Still have some bleeding errors because I haven't exploded the mesh yet, I'll get the attachments unwrapped and set up before doing that. Then all that's left is creating some extra maps…
