In the top row example is the Painter default "painted steel" material as is. I did for both of the examples paint in a mask to wear through to the metal underneath. In the bottom example I took a basic color color and placed a fill texture in (BnW spots 2). Does this read as painted metal? Can you tell what it is or are… -

I love Ziggs :) The pose is very fun but a little difficult to read. Not seeing the shoulders makes it so his arms look like they're coming out of his chest or floating. Might be worth lifting his head so the arm he's landing on his more visible for readability. Looking forward to seeing updates! -

Makehuman is excellent for that sort of thing. I always found blueprints to be nearly useless when I was starting out - not enough… -

One year, I grabed my kid and shaved his head like Mr.T and made a quick outfit. This year, he's going as Mario. Spent like 850yen on all the stuff. Just need to paint the hat tonight. No time to make a mushroom for him. I do have one made of beads. I'm going as The Boss aka "Dad". -

I tweaked the mesh a bit, scaled the head, rotated and tilted the beret, redid the shoes and added some polys to round out some parts. With Gordon always hearing the messages of the enemy I thought they must´ve had the radio attached directly to their chest. I´ll release the SDK when I´m done uvmapping. Thanks for the… -

lol, I was just reading that article from Digg and I was in a meeting at work. I had to work hard not to start laughing out loud as some of those comments. I actually had to cover my mouth and dip my head down until I could get the page closed. Chuck Norris jokes don't get old.
