Also if you're trying to do this on a tool with multiple subtools and not a single subtool you'll have to turn on Local Symmetry (L SYM) button. -

You can try WinRoll - Middle or Shift+right click on window close button(x) will put it on top of all other windows. -

Intuos? Got a very small screwdriver? Try this: Pop the middle button off. There is a screw in the middle of the rocker. Turn it a quarter turn clockwise. -

toggle shortcuts over-ride is the problem click the button that looks like a keyboard key with an arrow on it, it's near the move/rotate/scale icons -

the "fix my screen" button makes this Dell P2210 make some weird noises. tested it on a coworker's screen, same noises. strange. -

you can find here, when you select a fibermesh subtool after accept your fibermesh, you will see the button activating
