I've been using it for at least 3-4 months. At first I could only manage 3-4 hours a day, so I kept my old chair on standby for when I got too tired. Now though I can go 8 hrs a day, all week. Extended periods of sitting though can still tire you out, so make sure you get up and walk around and stretch a bit periodically,… -
