You could use md3. No one wants to export a model with such polycount to md2 for any good reason -

Wrath is at NCSoft on City of Heroes. Who remembers that one Q3 model; The guy riding the dragon? Dragon Knight was it? You had to edit your Q3 files to support 1500 tris per part. xD
