.... Today's update. Feeling sick. Trying to do fewer graphite work and more photoshop work. Rebuilding my confidence for colors, so sticking to monochrome for now. :p
Assuming you placed your character into the level as a static mesh then right click it in the editor then choose: Convert -> Convert StaticMeshActor To Mover. Then rebuild the lighting. I hope that helps.
you might have to delete history on the curve after you rebuild it, could be the loft and extrude tools want to work on the geo directly and are having problems with the node history
If geometry is outside of the basic 1x1 box of the UVW space it will tile in most engines AFAIK. Edit: But you will be probably better of if you rebuild it in Hammer directly out of levelgeometry.
Hi Guys, someone does know a way that I can easily rebuild my geometry flow after I use Booleans in MAYA. Like Windows in a building like that I am working on!!!
in 3ds max Is it possible to easy "flip" skinned character by X and "rebuild" it so it can be normaly used for animation? I'm afraid that simple Mirror function might broke every aspect of the character.
