Now that After Effects is also offering a non linear workflow with a nodal tree gui... is there any Compositing application that is not a "non linear nodal tree compositing application"?
Need help. I need to visualize somehow the data of transformations applied to an object during its animation withing linear rotation controller. I need to see somehow the exact values of rotation for each axis. It gives a clear values and data when dealing with Euler. But when it comes to Linear rotation - it just gives a…
ok so its been awhile since ive updated this. I've only been able to work on this off and on but here goes. Ive got a partial lineart concept for the armor bits and a little bit of the neck armor modeled out. wires
Wow thanks man for the feedback and for taking your time! This is really helpful. Well these are the only sketches I made, they are very rough and to be honest I pretty much forgot about the silhoutte as I directly went from sketch to final lineart.
And so it happened what always happens, life and work get in the way. But here are a couple of sketches i did in the past few days. Just experimenting on facial proportions, body proportions and varying brush-setups for lineart in Manga Studio.
So heres my progress from the past few days / this morning Lineart :: Attachment not found. Armor progress :: Attachment not found. Attachment not found. Attachment not found. If anyone knows a better way to insert images into a thread, that'd be awesome
In the end I decided to go with thumbnail D. I've been chugging along on the sketch for this piece before I move on to the lineart and greyscale. Still a lot to work on and improve (the tangents are forming a rebel alliance, for now), but I'll keep you posted!
Make a layer with mid grey (128 RGB) and put it below the convex and concave layers. Set the convex layer to linear dodge set the concave layer to linear burn
Thanks a lor for the input laperen, thats what I love about PC :) What you said about 3D art is just what happened to me. All the fancy materials shaders and post-processinf effects look so delicious at first, but in the end they did not make my "crappy" art look better, thats why I am heading back to the basics. I noticed…
