Looks really cool for low poly. Can we see the high poly wireframe? My biggest issue is circled in blue. If this was a low poly car, meant for a huge open world, or a mobile or something, I'm wondering why you've baked so much of the detail yet added this little circle of geo? -

nCloth is definitely the way to go - It will really help with the cloth. I guess I should talk about what I circled and wrote out - pretty much you just need to define different materials for the circled areas. It's not all going to be green metal. The tent poles should be different, the axles should be different. -

Any Idea why this is happening? My original mesh is basically 1/4th of a circle. I then just made 3 more duplicates and rotated them to make a complete circle. I kind of assumed lighting issues like this would happen if you have overlapping UV's (which this mesh doesn't). This is in UDK by the way. -

Looking pretty spot on so far but one thing I noticed(you may just not have gotten to this) but on the inside of the eye there seems to be little circle indents going around it and I can't see the neck pipe too good but it seems like it has little indents as well. I circled the areas I was talking about. Hope I was helpful! -

I ran into a similar issue with the muzzle not looking integrated and instead just laying flat against the gun. For the bottom muzzle you can do a quick trick to make it appear less floaty. Just create a white circle around the uv and convert the circle with ndo or crazy bump. Then youll have a bevel look to the surface.… -

Looks awesome, can't wait to try it out. A circle helps detect stretching but in a slightly different way, if you see ovals you've got issues, sometimes a square might look kind of fine when its distorted certain ways, but a circle won't. Letters or numbers help you tell if shells are flipped inside out, they show up as… -

I wouldn't say stylized = low poly. Buuuut check out the pic below. Personally I would make the red circled areas sharp points. Also maybe get rid of these triangles circled in blue and make em quads, especially if you're going to be bringing into ZBrush for sculpting. The sword is looking cool so far!! -

the stool could use some optimisation. the trick is to weld certain pairs of vertices of smaller circles so that smaller cylinders and circles have less sides than big ones, i don't have any good examples but if you lurk around in hard surface threads enough you'll see what i mean. -

I would like to see a wave of games going with a stylized PBR approach, like this. My only one, weird nit-picky thing is I think the circle shapes on the blade make it look a bit like swiss cheese or something. Perhaps scale the circles down / reduce their normal map intensity? Cool dagger! -

I'd tried that, and it didn't make any difference. Still has trouble grabbing the window, and still doesn't draw the circle or the line. Edit: Same issue at school- and they have the same operating system and version of Photoshop, but different hardware and such. Running as Admin changes nothing... It works, but the line…
