A wee bit of progress on this.. I need to make some kind of translucent rim light effect in the vegetation shader to really get the proper volume going, another problem for another day :] Also some of the assets look a little dark, Lightmass crashes when I try to bake at the moment.. I will look into that later as well ^^
@RexM I hope you plan to show us all a break down of that once you are done, looks ace. So I finally made enough progress with this I figured I should fire an update in, need to actually do the glass, add more wear, darker spots etc etc, but yeah. Things.

I'm aware of the lack of quality in the grass (got the technical workflow down at least, just need to iterate and polish) but I will be doing another push on it after the Hydrangea flowers are complete.
