Snap a bone between them to get the distance and move that (bones by default wont stretch), then just snap the verts to the bone after you're done figuring out the new position.
She is only pointing out the problems. There used to be no speed limits either and drugs used to be legal. People are selfdestructive and not very moderate by default so sometimes little regulation is needed.
Errr, try changing the Relax UV's settings, I think the defaults are stupid ones. Maya's Relax UV works better and faster than UVHelp when the settings are right.

Scanline? Give mental ray a try. Final Gather along with Global Illumination is the shit. You'll get FAR better results with Mental Ray than the default Scanline Renderer.
you can change the sort order parameter in the property panel of the object in the level, by default each object have this parameter set to 0, just change the number to 1,2 etc
@man_o_mule there's a blue tint of lighting during the first scene where they were introduced. they're suppose to be yellow/green color by default i think? as camouflage for their jungle/forest habitat
thats one reason why I overwrite default colors in the UV unwrap editor with TexTools and removing the annoying checker background - because often you can't see shit.
