First chick lost some of the gold trimmings she had in her concept, I think those could add a lot to the 3d version. Those holsters of her strike me as really awkward too, If they must stay I think they'd do better to hang from the hip due to their bulkiness (wide guns is wiiiiiide). It just comes down to texel density. The lower it is, the blurrier/more pixelated your maps will be. For larger assets this is where mid-poly modeling + tiling texture/trim sheets come in. Yes, looks like it's using tiling textures from that dialogue box you have open. That's typical best practices. From the list it looks like the house has 10 textures: tiling wood, tiling roof tile, horizontally tiling trims and a few uniquely unwrapped assets like windows, doors & the like.
