Re: Texture help
First off the wood grain should follow up the legs, they are going perpendicular. The color gets less saturated in the more worn areas like the legs. Creating good textures involves a lot of painting, you can't just rely on overlays. -

got a chance to work on this a little bit. heres some blockout armor. I'm not sure about the legs. I wanted to make sure he didnt look like he "skipped leg day" but I may be going overboard haha -

Sculpted more of the face, along with the upper-body region. Although the Legs + hands are still super rough, I changed the overall design of the lower body + legs. What do you guys think? Is it for the better? -

i really like this guy but there are some proportional problems. the top of his head should be higher. also his legs are too short and like MikeF said, his lower legs are too skinny. nice job so far though -

@Nuclear Angel Thanks for getting back to me! I've been back at her and added a pair of legs (Well, faun legs). I didn't mess much with the anatomy yet so I'll take what you've said into consideration and try sort out her arms. Thanks again -

Hi, I think legs and torso length is overall OK. The problem is the height of the illiac crest apex. It should be much higher. Pull it all the way up to almost the same height of the belly button. This will make the legs look longer and the torso shorter without changing your overall proportions. -

looks pretty good, my second favorite character on darkstalkers :) (Felicia is king) but what about her wing ears and hair, what are you intending for those? and ya her legs look kind of Chun Lee'esk. Which is kind of ok, but morrigan has slimmer more elegant legs. -

Snake Ranger best ranger! I really love to see her legs covered, keep breaking the mold. :D Shiva Lich set with Prophet9 is on the way, I've refined his bracers, veil and leg wrap. Pretty happy with the results so far, I'm a sucker for deity designs. -

Hey man, been watching your progress. Really digging the progression you have since the first post. On the legs, (i dont know human anatomy) maybe you should make those two muscles that are right above the knee on the outside of the leg a bit bigger. Just a thought.
