As far as the hair goes I think it was a good idea to cut it. For what you have now though, I see what you're doing with the stray strands of hair, but it seems like they're almost black so it's looking a bit weird compared to the rest of her hair IMO. Also, because of the lack of spec in the hair it is looking super dry…
This one has had some hilarious entries, most notably by a guy named Hal G who created a masterpiece of comic noises. A lot of the offered vocal stems for the remixes recently have had no 'dry' vocals, with the effects and harmonies (including in this one, a vocoder sounding not unlike Donald Duck ) all bounced down to one…
Hi Red If your having trouble with UVs I recommend trying the Roadkill UV tool I use an old version of it quite a lot for my work. You export your obj from your scene and make your UVs in Roadkill by selecting the edges you want to cut along. Its not perfect but it will get you 80% of the way there and doesnt try to fry…

What exactly are you trying to do? Bake a colour ID map? Bake a vertex colour map? Bake all the maps at the same time? Give us more information. The amount of people posting here lately with vague cries for help is growing tiresome. If we set aside time to help. Thread starters should set aside time to present their…
Just one thing? Ok, here it is: stop bringing out new version every year, concentrate instead on making what we got stable, fast and bug free. Each new version introduces new bugs and crappier performance and tools I don`t need. And I have to put up with it every day at work. A lightweight, game specific max with fast…
Let me give you a big tip, the most important part of texturing isn't the images you use, its more important to work with the the existing geometry. Maybe they have clothes that they hang over the door in case of a sand storm, they just unroll it to cover the door. Or maybe there was a dry spell and it started to rain…
Thanks for the feedback people. Today i decided to change those brick tileables (as it seems the biggest issue letting the model down at the moment). Do the bricks seem more random and less flat now? I added some cracks and chips to the rocks. Once its tiling properly i'll add some dry vegetation (as Snader suggested) and…
@Nexinumbra That's not true. While the font no longer turns GREEN to indicate new content, there is a shiny NEW button that appears to the left of a thread indicating whether there is new content or not. We can look at bringing back the green font, but for the time being there is that functionality there for you. It's only…
