Already increased the polycount on the scope. I just left my computer but I'll send the wireframes as soon as I can. When you see them keep in mind I'm using a bevel/chamfer modifier workflow so it has lots of ngons and Tris because it's not intended for subdivision. Thanks for your feedback btw @teodar23
This generally looks nice, and like it will print well! The piece under his chin feels very odd to me. Is that a long tuft of fur? If it is, it feels really blobby and not as delicately sculpted as the rest of his fur (which is very nicely done). If it's intended to be something else like wood, I'm not sure why it would be…
Hey man, that's nice of you to offer the insights. However, take a look at the OP date. Your reply is coming along a year later. Maybe helpful for other new modelers coming across this topic, but likely the OP has moved on. Not to discourage you from posting, just to help you be aware of your intended audience.
Yeah just make a subgraph out of it with exposed input and output nodes. Open up some of their nodes from the library, drag and drop a node from the library into the list of opened graphs to check it out. Essentially you just create a new graph inside your package that is not intended as a main graph but rather as a part…
Yeah I've used Sculptris, its fun. Zbrush I intend to download and check out but primarily I wanna learn Maya, and get fairly good in it at the basic level before I hop ship to other stuff to learn. I'm gonna bookmark Zbrush central though, love having more resources at hand.
Thanks for the honest opinion, and no, not meant at all! I intend to to more and do it better every time. :) I realized that for some reason it was looking goon on my one monitor but on the other it is horribly dark and saturated so I'm updating the images. If you can, let me know if it looks any better? (image quality,…
Never rent out a place you intend to live in later. Good tenants are a bitch to find. Every time I leave a rented place, they practically cry to see me go, because I paid on time, the house was in the same condition as when I moved in, and well that's basically it, but apparently that's a super rare quality to find.
Thanks! I had an idea for an idle animation in whatever position I end up using for it, but I wasn't intending on doing a walk cycle or anything like that. If I do get crazy ambitious though, I'll rig it up with working pistons and shocks just to make it easy for me to pose it... but we shall see (:
Been having a lot of fun the times I've been able to get on and play, although my thirst and hunger always seems to go towards red when not playing, is this intended? It sucks a bit having to use up one drink and one food every time i login after not having played for a few hours.
I particularly like the robot model. I spotted some areas that could use some refinement. There are other areas that i would like to point out, but because i wasn't sure if it was intended to be like that by design, i decided not to mark them, like some areas on the back and on helmet. Anyway, interesting design. Keep it…
