I was stumped for a while there in regards to how I should proceed? I ended up merging the base model with the outfit (without using ProBoolean), which forced me to re-unwrap everything (which is what I was trying to avoid), and have started on the side flaps of her outfit. Only book and lantern left after that. -

+1 to above post. Also i think a texture resolution of at least 4k is required for the building, otherwise your textures will get pixelated. Either increase texture/map resolution or increase the number of patches. And when using triplaner projection, do a test resolution check by merging the triplaner projection layer to… -

If you don't want extract to create a new object of your selected faces then just uncheck the "separate extracted faces". -

Sometimes things just go wrong with your mesh ... not sure why and how, but you could try saving the file starting new scene and just merging your old mesh in to the new scene and try to export it from there or convert it to editable mesh and back to editable poly ( assuming it was editable poly) . Those tricks work… -

Subtool master rawks! I've never crashed on save though so I don't really use it for that. But the mirror and merge tools in STM make it a must have addition to the toolset. I prefer zbrush myself, simply for all the tools it has that mudbox doesn't. The UI is annoying at times but not that big of a deal if you are doing a… -
