I enjoy coming back to this thread over the years and seeing new posts as tech advances, even if the last time I personally posted in it was an actual decade ago. Thanks for that GG technical review playlist. Also that shading rig is some super cool voodoo.
A recreation of a ship designed by Paul Jouard but in space. It very much remined me of a small science ship like the Oberth class. Mainly used tiling textures and trim sheet decals. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/v208yO https://www.artstation.com/artwork/v208aO
I am pleased to share this decal pack which I created for my vehicle projects. It is very handy and useful when creating an interior for any vehicle. I hope you guys find it useful too. Happy Stamping Cheers 260 Vehicle DashBoard Icon
Not much progress these days.. Been a bit busy at work..finally came home for holidays and started getting back at this slowly. Gave 1st pass of texture for Archs and updated some textures of pillars. Will breakdown repetition with custom decals.
@Isunoj Sorry about the delay, October has been crazy busy and I haven't had the time to put the next one together. I will have a new one for November-December since this month is so close to ending.
Mostly tiling textures, in your example the things that don't tile, are the barrels, though the barrel is reused. The beige cylinder on the left side, and the foliage. The tre trunks do tile though. Most of the variation work is done with lighting and decals.
Hey, sorry for the delayed response I thought polycount would email me when I got a reply. I look forward to seeing your portfolio and I hope we can work together. Thanks, David
