If youre a modeler/ texturer, this is looking great. If you an environmental artist, I'd consider adding a very light amount of fog and some desaturatation in post. (Maybe not both though, not sure)
there doesnt seem to be much open space in between the entrance and the stairs. try thinking of it in respect to how it'd be used in real life and the amount of space needed for sparring! keep going :)
you need more noise or an overlaid photo texture to breakup the consistant color on your diffuse and spec. The amount of plain red you have is what makes it look cartoonish.
BC5 is great. If need be apply a small amount of noise in photoshop (1-2%) to any mirror like surfaces (metals, etc) and that should clean up any noticeable artifacts. .
Gosh, those textures, environments, concepts, statues... all really neat. Regardless of all the controversy, it's obvious you artist dudes put a huge amount of passion and enthusiasm into the artwork.
I personally think the current layout works the best (2x3). It gives each image plenty of space and minimizes the amount of scrolling a viewer has to do to see your work.
Looking good so far everyone. Impressed with the amount of work you all have gotten done. Just been working on the head today. Pretty happy with it so far.
Been smoothing out a lot of the rocky areas. I'm gonna continue doing so until there's a good balance between the snow and rock amount when looking at any direction.
This would be a good topic for Tech-Artists.org. A good amount of riggers there. A search should also net you some gems. http://tech-artists.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=17
