thanks guys, I'm about to strangle the head dev that keeps sending this back to me, he thinks he has a solution, but even his workaround with paint.net produces a full 32bit png, not an 8 with 4... I think I might have it licked now, I've used graphics gale to pull the 8bit alpha off the resized images as a separate image… -

Hey Snowfly, I like your page mockup a lot - nice, clean and simple. I agree with what has been said before. As for CSS layout that is nowadays preferred, using divs and spans with class id's, I must say that I think there's good reason for that. The source code for pages done with external CSS files applied is way shorter… -

Walk Cycle: pretty good but the shoulders and hips need more counter balance tilt. When you walk your hips and shoulders react opposite of one another so as one leg is lifting up the opposite shoulder is doing the same. With the sashay' you're trying to give Harl here you really need to emphasize that to give her that… -

the main difference of RAM in consoles and PC stuff is that the driver might do more shadowing of textures. That is textures are inside Video RAM AND regular RAM. Reason for that is that mostly PC hardware is made to run "anything" so even if your scene uses more texture memory then your card has, the driver will swap out…
